Uses

8-((4-Amino-2-nitrophenyl)diazenyl)-7-hydroxy-N,N,N-trimethylnaphthalen-2-aminium Chloride is used in the preparation of hair dyes and color intensifiers in cosmetics.

Preparation

N-(4-amino-3-nitrophenyl)acetamide?diazo, and chlorinated (7-Hydroxy-2-naphthyl)tyrmethylammonium chloride coupling, and then hydrolysis acetyl off.
